Kidney Insufficiency

A right fielder al k line went on a bender after wer geting inducted into the hall of fame. He's complaining of vomiting, feeling generally weak and getting kind of dizzy when he's trying to sit up or stand up. When you sit him up, his blood pressure is falling to 88 over 52 with a heart rate of one 24. Is there any danger in this? I thinkd i think the diagnosis is clear from the history of vomiting, that he's got metapalcalclosis. And y he's profoundly orthostatic on his vital sins until you want to volume resuscitate him.
