The Current Worse Case Szenario Is Worth Discussing
The court doesn't seem to care at allrht, probably because they, to some degree agree with with that speechand mean, it's important to remember clarence thomas believes that tinker should be overturned. This was that play in another case this term, carson v macon. We don't have to get into it too much, but i do want to talk about what i think is like the current worse case scenario in this line of jurisprudence.
