The MMT Achilles Heel
The list highlights that this was always a key, the MMT Achilles heel. I think it's an embarrassment that they are not so quick to explain that inflation was caused by the supply side problems. Yes, there were supply side problems, but on the whole, we gave everyone money. We made too much inflation and exactly like Warren Mosler says, we should be taxing some of that back. Over the over the long run, this is why we're going to have more inflation because nobody will take it away.
