The Slow Fade Up - The Monologue

The song was originally going to be an interlude on the record. But once it started showing what it wanted to be a bit more, it was like, nothis this slow fade up was exactly how i would want this journey to start. The vocals were just kind of adlibed mostly. I think there were certain lines that i'd written down, but tom, i think i just done a bunch of passes and then grabbed the best bits and the best lines of that and sort of slapped them together.
