In 2015, Google had nearly 79% gross margins this year. They're expected to have 59% gross margins. And so we think of the premium valuation that this stock traded at for a long time. It's trading at about 20 times this year, 17s next. All of these little cracks along the way are going to erode that dominance that Google has held at the same time.
