Donor-Derivate Infection
The diagnosis of donor-derived infection is almost always based on clinical suspicion. 70% of recipients manifested symptoms within 30 days of the transplant. Materia infections manifested the earliest followed by viral infections. Hyperinfection syndrome and disseminated stromboloidieses can occur in organ recipients.
