Whether you are a cactus or a snow flake, the person you're communicating with is a caxtus or a snowflake. That notion of think about their style and delivering it in a manner tat works for their style works well. Another concept that i duced in te book is what i call beans up the nose. We put beans up peopl's noses all the time. And whether we're snowflakes or cacti, we just have different tendencies and how we do it. So always pause before you speak and think, is this putting beans up the Nose?
