The Demonstration at the Duma Didn't Really Happen

Bolsheviks, left leaning mensheviks and sars refused to join kerenski's calls for a demonstration at the duma because they didn't want any part of anything that might prolong the war. People like kerensky wanted to win the war, or at a minimum, head into the post war treaty negotiations with as strong a hand as possible. They had no interest in playing the chorus for a movement dedicated to winning the war. So the expected demonstration february fourteenth didn't really happen.
