Similar language appears in the joint us statement that they put out at the end of the first week of the cop. Also similar language also appears in china's domestic policy in terms of its fifteenth five year plan. Buti certainly wasn't just endearing. Also other major developing countries relying on coal, such as china, south africa and so on.
