The Probing Question: Where Do We Find Things Difficult?
I think as teachers, we tend to almost pay each other too much respect. And so we want to avoid that awkwardness of telling another adult what to do. We're more than happy to tell children what to do but not our peers. So it's important to kind of recognize people's idiosyncrasies and preferences and then support a change process which shows how you can be more effective.
