Building a Relationship With Your Team

Building a relationship with somebody and inviting them into your process can feel really scary if you don't have some foundation of trust. I just think about the amount of times you've kind of almost been tricked by people's job roles or titles. Just because someone is in a certain role now doesn't mean they've always held that role. We need a collaborator to help us.
