The Importance of Being Vulnerable

I had found myself slipping back into a pattern of behavior that I learned in my very first startup where it was perfection, not progress. We created a D E I mission statement for our company and we want to be vulnerable leaders like Bernay Brown has said. It's okay to be vulnerable and say, Hey, I messed up. And I want to do better. Because this is hard work. What we're doing is hard. Getting comfortable with uncomfortability is the best thing we can do as leaders.
