Is There a Difference Between the Old and the New?

In matthew 16, verse 19, he's given the keys. And then it says, and then whatever you bound on earth will be bound in heaven. So what we mean by 'blessed' is that Whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in heaven. In Matthew 18, he gives that same ability to all the apostles. But i guess my question, this may be a better question for jimmy aken himself, because this is conna his own view. I we could call himsaal, everybody a bit different.
