Is There a Way Protein Before Bed?

There's evidence that going to bed hungry can lead to some slightly impaired sleep. If you have a huge meal right before bed, especially a high fat meal, that could tentially impair sleep. A recent paper found that when a individual supplemented their dinner at night with a pretty big dose of way protein, the ratio of trip to pan to branch chain amino acids was not affected in an unfavorable way. And also, the thing that really matters is o sleep quality did not deteriorate within that time frame.
