I've been struggling with sleep for the last two years. I eat lots of meat and vegetables, probably 3500 calories plus or minus each day. It's hard to tell if disordered sleep can alter proper hormone production. When hormones start altering one of the first things that go sideways is sleep quality. So it really is a chicken and egg kind of scenario there.
