How to Find a Happy Medium for Exercise Performance
If you're doing an all out max VO2 test, would you get an increase in performance if you could control your breathing as you're getting to that kind of absolute max point where everything is just burning and feels horrible? Would you be better off trying to do some type of controlled breath? That's a great, great question. Again, research wise, I don't think that this has been studied to my knowledge anyway. Yeah, my thoughts are that there is a happy medium and finding it might be a bit of a challenge because of the reasons that you said.
