North Korea's Military Wants to Buy Secondhand Construction Equipment

The chassis for the trucks seen in that military parade footage are made in China. The Chinese company that sold them was tricked into the sale. They didn't realize the eventual buyer was North Korea's military. And this highlights what the world is up against because many of the things North Korea wants to import are dual use items.
