How to Level Up With a Faction Move

The fashion move is called name to a face that maybe you might want to use rather than just addressing them as other woman at the bar. When you take for a faction move with each of the four factions, you look you level up. I was inquiring into the murder of a young vampire this evening, and I was wondering if you might have seen anything out of sorts.
