I have a harder time making strong recommendations for any kind of fish oil in that situation, particularly compared with more aggressive management of their existing risk factors. And so again, like for pre-for if you do not already have heart disease, I would focus on whether it be like health priorities on our website or the essential eight as much as possible. That is where I would logically devote my attention first and foremost. So they're recommending that people eat fish on a regular basis, even if they're pregnant or women who might become pregnant. The recommendation to consume eight or more ounces per week of seafood is for the total package of nutrients that the seafood provides.
