Dr. Ponzar: The Constraint Energy Model is a new way to look at how the body burns calories. He says it suggests that as you get more active, your body spends less energy on other tasks and keeps total calorie expenditure within a pretty narrow band. In his research, he found there's not much difference between sedentary versus active people in terms of activity levels.
