Is Your Body Clock a Fixation?

The best advice at the moment would be to try and limit light exposure in the evening. If you are an extreme late type and you really are struggling, then what you need to do is get outside first thing in the morning. Get a light box, which will advance the clock and make it easyr for you to get up for job. I think we tend to feel as though our body clock is this fixed thing, just like our sleep wakecycle. And it's not. It's dynamic and influenced by a range of different factors that can be tweaked to our advantage.
