In the pre-hospital setting we are going to be carrying on correcting that physiology and paying significant significant attention to that intravascular volume status as well as thinking about those concurrent injuries. The presence of those six P's or not necessarily you don't need all six of them when you need to be thinking about it so that pain that poykylothermia parasthesia paralysis pulseness and pallor is a big one. We're going to be making sure to get those compartment pressures checked via pressure probes and early early referral to someone who can perform a fasciotomy on that affected limb.
