"I taught it for two years and I was going to teach it again as an elective this year, but I had an opportunity to take my middle school band from two days a week to three days a week. But it means that I'm not going to be here on the day that they offer that elective," he says. "So I gave it up, which is kind of a little disappointing because I just felt like I was just getting my curriculum to where I felt like maybe I'd have some success with it."
