The Relationship Between Art and Nature

The relationship between art and nature turns out to be a very interesting one. I do think there are some insights in here if you can get through the rhetorical thicket. A lot of it is reminiscent of Schlegel. And there's so much back and forth between these guys. So when you ask the question of whether art should imitate nature, you're suggesting two different things.
