I think mathematics is an infinite game. It seems to me that there are mathematical truths that literally a human mind could not even comprehend. I mean, it's sort of saying the same thing as technically there are infinitely many books that it is possible to write. And so we have limitations about what we will know about this kind of infinite game. We tend to think we've learned something as soon as we've seen it once, but the harsh truth is that we forget pretty much everything unless we use it repeatedly.
