Peake Velocity - What Is It?

Peake velocity requires the least amount of load possible. Acceleration can now things like dragging a sled, because it's a light load,. but there's a little bit of inertia, a lttle bit of weight to overcome. This could be job squats, plametric, medicine, mal throws. All these things have a low load, a high power production and they're oftentimes requiring you to overcome something quickly.
