The Importance of Short-Maturity T-Bills

Tether uses short maturity T-bills so that you are protected from interest rates spikes and potentially, you know, hiking on additional high-code interest rates. In 2022, we have to pay out $7 billion in 48-hour. We didn't lose a dime. And we were able to pay out daily, all $7 billion in 48- hours. So I think that is a great example of a risk management. Once again, keeping an enormous buffer in the billions of dollars as part of the company equity to protect our users.
