Infection With LCMV GFP or Delta GP

The T resident memory cells TRMs that have been trained by this virus, then will re respond after you have the self induce its own protein. So and this construct is attenuated compared to need regular LCMV, which is this neurovirus. And so they use this as a model of infection and then a reinfection specifically. It's not like some single clone of a CD8 memory cell somewhere else comes and does the damage. It's multi clonal inflammation upon a repeat.
