The Power of Ideas
Economics is about the allocation of scarce resources only. And this means that property rights only exist in scarce resources. When we have these goods that are magically non scarce, and that any one can have them without any one else not having it, the property right is not needed. In fact, inforcing a concept like intellectual property right on to non scarce resources is not just utmost tyrannical, but incredibly wasteful.
