Tippoly: Most constitutions start by copying the basic structure from some one else. He argues that dictators, especially those that come to power really weak, end u kind of being forced to make these concessions. This is because they actively shift a political power into the hands of these alites. When an ali gets appointed to a cabinet position, not only do they get the kind of influence and prestige of being, you know, the minister of defense, they also are able then to control all the resources associated with that ministry.
