Is Riverpot a Single Ton Each Pattern?

Tests are a little bit odd for me because I'm so used to block with block provider. This makes it easy, just wrap this block on it and then I can test those set of widgets. But for the developer part, you have to do a scope provider or something like that. That's the weirdest part for me but it's okay. It works compared to other solutions where what I've seen projects using get it. When I randomized the order of the test, they break apart because they are pending like they are depending on classes between between tests.
