Spiritual Formation Isn't a Christian Thing, It's a Human Thing
Spiritual formation in the christian tradition is a process of increasingly being possessed and permeated by the character traits of jesus as we walk in the easy yoke discipleship. To be human is to be dynamic, not static. We are little more than the cumulative effect of our daily and weekly habits. What we do on a regular basis, we become. Or another way to say that is, the things we do do something to us.
