The read machine developed was developed by Harry Reid after some, it actually goes way back to 1998 when he almost lost his seat to John Ensign by 428 votes. The Republicans have tried some copycat stuff then, but they have never been as effective or hired as good people as Rebecca Lamb and her team. It's why they won three house seats that the Republican thought they were going to take. In a midterm with Joe Biden's numbers here under 40% in some Democratic polls, they picked up seats in the legislature. So it really is a remarkable operation.
