The Confluence of Playfulness, Connection and Flow

Catherine's new book is about the confluence of playfulness, connection and flow. She asked people from her screen life balanced news letter to share three anecdotes from their own lives that they would describe as having truly been fun. Two of the biggest ones were laughter and especial shared experience with someone. When we're having true fun, another person, or again, potentially a dog, can be involved.
