The real treasure found by the Conquista Lores in Mexico was the educated disciplined workforce. The Asienda, H-A-C-I-E-N-D-A, domestically is an extractive industry to transfer surplus abroad. So the Asienda owner and the institution came to stand as the material form of the peasants' oppression.
