The Politics of Prohibition Without Ritual

The stream is going one way, going out of China and millions of people are leaving. Why? Because they can't stand the idea of living in the world with only prohibition in our ritual. That's what tyranny is. The scapegoat mechanism is ritual. I would say it's replacing ritual when it's completely arranged.
