Are All Children Meeting Expected Standards?
In theory, all children can be expected standards. It's not norm referenced. And the government has set this expectation of 90% by 2030. That doesn't make sense and it gives you a sense as to why education just isn't a political focus at the moment because they do things like that. We've had various factions in charge over the last few years. They're fighting useful political space.
