Post-operative is a little bit different and so for you when you return to climbing post-op yeah you might have had to push through some of that scar tissue and regain some range and strength. I think it's true for just about everybody because we've all were given that same beta right to kind of like drop out hang on your skeleton, which puts undue stress and strain on the soft tissue. It's not so much our joints so yeah it's fine to hang on your bones but then moving from a disengaged rest is really problematic too. You just want to be a little bit plugged in and then I tell them that you'll and then they say well that feels really fatiguing
