Is Esther Taking on the Name Esther?

The origin of the name esther is really the persian version of the name ishtar. Ishtar being wohe unfortunately name easter after easter is a mispronunciation by the romans of ishtara. The goddess of fertility was always incredibly sexually immoral and involved all kinds of prostitution. When i preached on that, so many people got angry.
