The Advantages of Owning a Token
The options in the crypto space for most people are traditional equity financing where you go to VCs and private investors. The tokens actually do map back to shares that they actually are full securities and governed by securities law, but they still have the ability to be liquidated. As an issuer of doing the fundraising as someone who's trying to raise funds, I obviously am going to want to buy these tokens back because anytime you sell either a traditional equity or any share of your company, you always want to get that back.
