I think that the thing that is that you're in danger of when you create an incentive plan that people feel like is out of their control is they're going to be dissatisfied with an incentive plan. So I'm not, I'm not opposed to structuring roles where the answer is just a high base. But again, like it needs to be, it need to be based on what someone is actually driving. It's not really shy away from what have you done for me lately type bonus structures. For an asset manager, bonusing them on the change in the annual revenue generated by that asset might be, might be interesting way to look at it.
