Mother of three, you take up a line from ingmar bergman's fanny and alexander. You quote it is necessary and not at all shameful to take pleasure in the little world. I think it such a great metaphor for both the theatre and also for parenting. There are so many simple joys in being with your kids and watching them play. And there's so much joy in play in the theatre world, discovery and joy when people are really playing.
