The A1C is an integrator and it's so hard to findintegrators. The Holy Grail, of course, would be to find an integral of something like mTOR activity or something like that. But I want to make sure we all understand this a little bit better. Dan: Can you give realistic ideas or values for what the HDL cholesterol would do during that period of time? We're specifically giving them something to elicit the biggest triglyceride response.

Dan Rader is a Professor at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where he conducts translational research on lipoprotein metabolism and atherosclerosis with a particular focus on the function of high-density lipoproteins (HDLs).
