Bradford bets, what is china's social credit system? China has this really disturbing social scoring system they use to blacklist people. If you don't do what the communist chinese like, they take points away. And if you fall below a certain safe threshold on that social score, you can't ah get credit,. You can't buy a car, you can't buy a house, you can't participate in politics. That seems kind of bad, like that wouldn't be a good thing. So what is it?
