How Do You Define Tea in Beer?
We're getting grain that is grown in colorado, but malted in texas. Wheat does grow fairly well there, so were able to get texas wheat. Our water is coming out from the trinity oquaper - incredibly hard and highly alkaline. And you can taste the minerality contributes to the body tracing waltrs stripe. We don't add any salts or acid to it during am during brewing. So it is still very unadulterated, and i think that's a major component.
