Indians Aren't Dying Off, They're Not Equal to Rading

The United States government was like, weight, this isn't working. The indians aren't dying off. They're not assimilating. We don't know what to do with them. So they decided that our tribal governments amar aren't legitimate. And then the pendulum of the other side, if self distermination. But both of these are held within the context of goals of assimilation. It's just another phase of terribleness. Ther the dark times just keep on coming.
