i think a lot of people confound being busy with being effective. It's rally easy to feel excited about all the progress you're making, even if that progress isn't necessarily a line to a broader goal or an organization. I've been in a start up where i didn't really agree with what we were working on, but that was the only financial life line that we had. We can all accept some things as reality. The worst thing that can happen is not being transparent about the reality that is actually out there.
