i don't like your usage of the term intellectual property because what you're implying that if is that if i write my application for the apple app store apple has the intellectual property for all my code and that's not the case. You can actually run that independently of the app no no i know you do not it is not required to have the apple app if i can't run can i run my application on the iPhone not through the Apple app store maybe technically but not practically sure, he says.
