Introvert Superpowers - How Can They Help You Be More Persuasive?

Introverts have some strengths that i think go hand in hand with persuasion. We tend to be really strong listeners, and we tend to instinctively want to put the spotlight on others. Those two things are part of the key to connecting with another person um and to finding that space where you can both walk away feeling good about the interaction. To me, it's not about convincing to the point of manipulating. It's about finding that common ground that's good for both people.
