What's So Special About Sourdough Bread?
In europe, therere fermenting their bread for three, sometimes five days. They don't need to feed the yeast with a bunch of sugar. I have this theory that people who have what's called non seliac gluten sensitivity, which is meaning they don't have the seliac disease, but yet they get sick when they eat bread. And i don't even know if it's gluten. It might be.
